When a Buyer places an order, it creates a binding agreement between the Buyer and Seller. Both parties must fulfill their obligations as outlined in the project description.

5.3 Order Completion

Orders are considered complete when the Buyer accepts the delivery or after a specified auto-completion period.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Service Fees

Wipflare charges a service fee on completed transactions. Current fee structure:

• Platform fee: 10% of the order value
• Payment processing fees may apply

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Wipflare holds funds in escrow until order completion.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy and may be subject to platform fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Wipflare and protected by intellectual property laws.
